levels. Otherwise the Universe’s evolution in the here and now would be pointless. In some cases, a divine being may reveal some fragments of real future to any lower being, even to Lucifer. Notably, that those unpractised possible life lines, which have higher degree of human being’s spiritual evolution, in comparison with main life lines, may keep existing within the data field. Then they form so-called parallel worlds. Thus, your individual ‘self’ implies multiplication in order to follow its evolution in different parallel worlds at once. In their course of evolution on the 4
level, these multiple individual ‘selves’ are merged into one common individual ‘self’, after they spiritually enrich each other, and then they form your real ‘self’, which is a fragment of a collective being. And unused possible life lines, which lead to human being’s degradation, refer to the dead end, and have no continuation. Nevertheless, Lucifer is committed to the principle, saying “Sink or swim”; while the one, who is guilty for the other’s sinking, shall pay the penalty”.
“How does Lucifer look like?” I asked curiously.
“Alex, my friend,” replied Anna. “I arranged your meeting with him, and got his consent. Lucifer likes pretending to be a gentle downtrodden knight. As a rule, he enters the 2
level on horseback, and dresses in the medieval suit of armor. If he is in good mood, his horse will be white; and if not, then it will be black. Lucifer wears an original ancient Roman helmet with a black ostrich feather on his head; by doing this he wants to highlight the timelessness. Silver is his favorite noble metal; and he is neutral to gold. As for precious gems, he would first choose rubies and emeralds, before he pays attention to diamonds. His suit of armor and its every element are made of silver. Even his castle, which is located on the 1
sub-level of the 1
level of the Real Universe, is made of silver. Lucifer likes joking and stretching the truth; and he loves flamboyancy in every way. He holds law-enforcement officers in much respect, and calls them nothing less than ‘colleagues’ or ‘highly regarded gentlemen’, with a bit of irony of course. This is why I had little difficulty to arrange your meeting. Here he comes!”
2.1 Whether there is Lucifer or not? My insight of hell ‘arrangement’.
I saw the white horseback rider having appeared on the orange-colored road. What a magnificent performance it was! His elaborated silver armor was glistening in the blue sky. The ancient Roman helmet with wind-shaken black feathers accentuated his strong face. The horse got on hind legs, and stopped in front of us. Lucifer released its silver snaffle, and raised his hand in the ancient Roman salute.
“Dear Anna! Am I too late?” he asked Anna grinningly. His velvet voice was full of cheer.
“Lucifer! Stop masquerading. No one is late in this reality, you know.” Anna was speaking with him in the same spirit.
I stared at Lucifer with curiosity. He hid long black hair under his helmet. The Roman nose and thin arched brows made his face hard to forget. His chin was edged with the neat black beard. He was looking at me examiningly with his piercing dark blue eyes with some uncatchable steely glitter.
What a power! A great, severe power was living in his character. The whole life flashed before my eyes. It seemed so miserable! Suddenly, I felt strong desire to cry, I was rushed by frustration. I even broke out into a cold sweat rolling down my back. I looked around, and saw Anna’s kind smile. It slightly encouraged me.
“Dear Alex,” Lucifer was addressing me. “I am genuinely glad to see you. What do you think of my philosophic concept of a being’s evolution? Anna should have given you the briefing.”
My mind went into overdrive; however I have already got an inkling, that it was not possible to hide any thought within that reality. “How do I need to address him?” I was thinking. “Just ‘Lucifer’ would be too familiar. Alright, let it be ‘your Majesty’.”
“Your Majesty!” I was proud of that idea. “I am not yet quite in the picture, and I find it difficult to answer your question.”
“Well, first, don’t call me ‘your Majesty’; I am just a Prince,” replied Lucifer archly and kept scrutinizing me. “They gave me the title. ‘Prince of Darkness’. However, hell is full of kings, especially the ones from the medieval period. I’ve already read your book, so I know you don’t agree with my philosophy. But still, I am thankful to you, my colleague, for your fair description of myself. Tell me, my colleague, why do you fight with crime on Earth in such a poor way?”
“How could he read my book, if I haven’t written it yet?” I was thinking and then addressed him.
“Sir! I haven’t written my book yet, so no one could have read it. And as for crime fighting, there are great changes of social and economic formation in Russia, and they have triggered the rise in crime.”
“There you go. ‘Sir’ is much better. I like this title!” said Lucifer with the same curl of his lips. “I watch same changes of social and economic formation in hell. And look, all the cases are somehow solved!”
“Alex, my friend,” Anna interrupted our conversation. “Within the main line of your life this book is already finished. The only thing to do is to substantiate it within the three-dimensional reality.”
“My dear Anna and Alex! Let me invite you to my feast. Alex may get himself acquainted with hell as well,” said Lucifer, raised his hand in farewell, and vanished after a while.
“We will surely come!” Anna shouted after him. I was again surrounded by warmth and kindness, and thus finally calmed down.
“What are the sub-levels of hell?” I asked Anna.
“Dear Alex,” replied Anna. “The concept of hell, as well as of any other level of the Real Universe, is highly questionable. This is the subject of a couple of books. This subject is as inexhaustible, as the data field of the Real Universe. I will try to provide you a short description of hell, and describe only typical characteristics of its sub-levels; however they are much more complex. As you know now, hell is located on the 1
level of the Real Universe, and it consists of 9 sub-levels”.
“The 1
sub-level of hell is a kind of collector for restless souls. Among them you may meet those souls of suicides and small-time crooks, who have realized their wrongful acts as far back as their carnal plane of life. Let’s say, somebody has died by violence, and his or her soul will live through the moment of death time and again. Horror will make that soul rush from side to side, so that its vibrational frequency will not allow it to reach the spiritual evolution level it has achieved, and it will not be able to get into the 2
level of the Real Universe. In order to do it, you need to quiet down that soul. For this reason luminous beings have access to the 1
sub-level of hell. These guardian angels may reduce their vibrational frequency for this purpose. They are the ones to quiet down a soul, and take it to the level of spiritual evolution, to which it corresponds. This is why you won’t see any devilry and other scary beings on the 1
sub-level of hell. As I told you before, the 1
sub-level of hell is Lucifer’s residence, if I use your earthborn terminology. I have to say that gold is worthless in hell, but silver and rubies are the objects of great value. Lucifer likes organizing feasts and inviting his most talented servants and friends from other levels of the Real Universe. You may easily face Devil at his feast. Devil is the one, who likes cracking jokes in public. “Devil, I am bored!” This is what Lucifer said on one occasion. Since that time Devil strains after entertaining his master.”
“Hell sub-levels from 2
to 9
are open for the beings, starting from the 4
level of the Real Universe, but they have to be accompanied by so-called devilry. I will give you some examples of hell sub-levels’ gradation.”
“The 2
sub-level of hell is a kind of limbo. This limbo is the place for evil philosophers, whose misanthropic dogmas have led to different conflicts, and caused human losses. Limbo also accommodates different frauds, thieves, and morally degraded persons. Devil’s lodging is exactly right there, I have already told you about who Devil was. All the devilry likes to copy Lucifer: they possess same castles, and call them their residences. You will not see the real appearance of devils there. Notably, that all the sub-levels of limbo maintain principles of punishment adequacy. ‘Fairness’ principles, as Lucifer likes to say. A soul begins to repent, when its vibrational frequency starts to increase. This increasing is caused by the cognition of its wrongness it had made in the three-dimensional reality. Souls’ vibration frequency increasing leads to their transition from the 2
sub-level to the 1
one. After that collective beings get them to the 2
level of the Real Universe. Their spiritual evolution starts anew. This order is adopted at every hell sub-level. For example, a soul from the 4
sub-level will be transferred to the 3
one in case it repents. Then it will be transferred to the 2
sub-level, and so on. Thus, it has to pass all sub-levels of limbo. This is the concept, but in reality, the majority of souls quickly pass all the mentioned limbos up to the 1
sub-level of hell.”
“The 3
sub-level of hell is another limbo, purposed for the persons, who had committed different economic crimes. Such crimes lead to poverty of surrounding persons, or a country in total. It is worth saying, that there is no hierarchy among devilry on a particular hell sub-level. Each devil takes his role, and uses his creative abilities to arrange grievous background and scenarios to punish lost souls. However, devils compete with each other in no small way. This order was established by Lucifer himself. The most talented devils make lost souls go through painful reminiscence again and again. They make them remember all committed crimes, which had been done when they were humans, and existed within the three-dimensional reality. Such talented devils are Lucifer’s favorites. I will show you these favorites, when we arrive to Lucifer’s castle. Don’t you find it surprising, that all literary characters stand for real persons? Everything is vice versa there, since real devils may become literary characters! The truth is that when writing their books, writers use their individual ‘selves’, and touch the data field, and then get information on their texts. Writers may characterize those beings, which already exist within the Real Universe. As a result of such a creative process, the literary concept of physical ‘self’ and individual ‘self’ merge together, and then a writer feels a stroke of imaginative genius. For example, if an author chooses some devil as a literary character, it may be surprising that the personality with its personal ‘self’ would really exist within the data field. Any literary character may exist in reality. But I am a bit distracted from our subject. You may reasonably wonder how such souls would be punished on this sub-level? Okay, it is more or less clear with murderers’ souls; they are put into a same situation of the violent death, as their victims’. Moreover, souls experience real episodes of the events happened within the three-dimensional reality. This will last until a soul is repented. But how to deal with those human beings, who have committed economic crimes? It is the same story: souls will also experience all the details of their crimes, but they will be put in their victims’ shoes. A devil’s duty is to arrange correspondent scenery to punish such souls, and make them repent. Devils’ creative thinking is very important here, since their sceneries are created by means of their mental imaging. All these demons, witches, and other evil creatures refer to devils’ strong mental images. Their mental images are so strong, that some generated creatures get their individual ‘selves’. However, devils may use not only their mental images. Any being, which has become disillusioned in the spiritual evolution, but haven’t committed crimes, may become a devil or a demon, depending of the degree of its spiritual evolution.”
“The 4
sub-level of hell is another limbo. In particular, it is purposed for persons, who have committed only one murder, for example, a crime of passion. I want to stress that I name the most typical characteristics of hell levels. Designation of each of them is actually much broader, and full explanation would require entire philosophical chapters. If a murder led to heavy consequences for surrounding people, the being, which has committed that crime, would get on the 5
sub-level of hell, not the 4

“The 5
sub-level is the limbo, purposed for all kinds of religious bigots, whose zealotry has led to sectarian wars, and numerous victims. This limbo is also the place for the beings, which have stayed on Earth as sacrificers, and inquisitors, and their acts of atrocity were the reasons of deadliest events (especially during the medieval period). This sub-level is most often visited by Lucifer, whose demands to devil’s creative thinking are very strict. Notably, that these beings are very hard to repent. They arrive to hell, ascertain themselves it is real, and then they are convinced of their right causes. Some of these beings are excommunicated from hell. Such beings, by reducing their vibrational frequency, may finally get on the next sub-levels of hell, which are the 6
, 7
and 8
ones, and even the last 9
one. The 9
sub-level is lying beyond the bonds: its temperature is below the absolute zero; those souls, which got there, just freeze, and thus are torn away from the spiritual evolution.”
“The 6
sub-level of hell is the limbo, purposed for the individuals, who have committed multiple murders, including those for reasons of greed.”
“The 7
and 8
sub-levels of hell are the limbos for different kinds of psychopaths, and maniacs, who have committed anti-human crimes with extreme brutality. This place also accommodates those beings, which used to refer to figures of great power on Earth. These were emperors, kings, presidents, and so on. Grievous crimes were committed according to their will. For example, the being, which acted as Roman emperor Nero, is still crying and groaning, while going through the same experience, as did its victims. This being has not succeeded since its physical death. I mean, it has not approach to its way out of hell, owing to its bad karma. The same thing goes for many emperors and kings, especially the medieval ones. Notably, that it is very hard to pass all the limbos starting from this sub-level, meanwhile it is extremely close to the horrendous area (so-called ‘zero’ level or the 9
sub-level). As I told you before, its temperature is below absolute zero, and it causes irreversible processes within the physical state of a soul. It further leads to informational erasing of personal ‘self’, and thus that building block of creation (pra-matter) remains pristine. Then the incarnation cycle of this pra-matter particle will be repeated, starting from a plant, then an animal, and finishing with a human being. However, the data field of the Real Universe will copy all the cycle of its past incarnation until latest events. Thus, its previous personal ‘self’ will exist in the static state.”
“This was a short description of hell. But I am saying again, each sub-level of hell refers to an entire philosophical concept, and if you describe it with respect to moral, spiritual, and imaginative planes, it will turn out to be separate books.”
2.2 My insight of the ‘heaven threshold’ – the level of the Real Universe that is most inhabited by human beings.
“Anna, your explanation of what stands for hell is quite clear. But what stands for the 2
level’s sub-level within the Real Universe? What is so-called ‘heaven threshold’?” I asked Anna.
“Alex, my friend, the major part of human beings is stuck on the 2
level, so it’s not the time to feel down. Your civilization is very young, may be even too young. Its paradox is that your earthborn civilization has achieved great technical progress, even though your nations alienate each other, and total standards of living are low. Such an evolution cannot be found in any other part of the Universe, at least we don’t know other intelligent creatures following such strange evolutional path. For this reason, evolution on Earth is unique. It turns out to be both progressive and regressive for human beings, and their spiritual development. In simple words, you ‘shift from one foot to another’, while the moral aspects of your spiritual evolution rapidly fall down. At the moment we record extreme occupancy of hell by dead souls, and this leads to its expansion within the data field of the Real Universe. This process may become unrecoverable. This is why all developed civilizations sound the alarm. In order to recover the situation with Earth, we take all possible measures, which do not interfere in evolutional laws of Universe. Execution of these measures is governed by the Galactic Council, which consists of spiritually developed cosmic civilizations. Your book is going to be one of these measures. Its function is to finally reveal truth (not fiction) to the human race, and open the secret of creation and evolutional mechanisms, using a simple and understandable language.”
“But friend, let’s revert to our subject, and the role of the 2
level in evolution of a human being.”
“First three sub-levels are occupied by beings of low degree of spiritual evolution. Their selfishness overwhelms total dedication in the name of love and kindness. In short terms, each sub-level of the 2
level possess their typical characteristics.”
“The 1
sub-level refers to primitive egoism, when the main survival principal is ‘might is right’. This sub-level is the subject to incarnation of animals on Earth, but this is a separate topic, and I will not focus on it now.”
